Disc Drive Cable Adaptor

 It is possible to adapt an existing disc drive cable to fit into the Master Compact disc drive plug. Here are a couple of photographs that illustrate where to clamp the 'D' type plug on instead of the IDC type that is required for a BBC or Master 128, Note the position of pin 1, the red edge of the cable:
